Carlos Lacoste

Carlos Lacoste was an Argentine admiral who served as President of Argentina for merely 10 days from the 11 December 1982 to the 21 December 1982. He managed to escape the Trial of the Juntas along with Alfredo St Jean and Reynaldo Bignone. After the fall of the dictatorship Lacoste was a free man until his death on June 24 2004 at the age of 75. The National Protection Process member Carlos is named after him.
